My undergraduate major is chemistry. After graduation, I went to Nantong to work in a large-scale listed hazardous chemicals production enterprise, starting from the initial grass-roots production management, and later turning to full-time safety management. I passed the national registered safety engineer through independent study, and led the safety management of the enterprise during my tenure as the enterprise safety and environment minister.Because of long-term contact and study, individuals are familiar with the safety management mode and safety technology of hazardous enterprises. In April 2021, based on my love for safety management and my recognition of NSS's corporate culture, I chose to join NSS as the HSE department manager of NSS. After starting work,I found that the company's operation mode and specific business content are quite different from those of my previous units. Different industries have different hazard sources, and NSS pays more attention to people's safety; Moreover, the company's projects are distributed in seven provinces and sixteen places, which requires more system support than man-to-man inspection. Everything needs to be familiar with learning again,We must do things with a zero-return attitude.

Through further understanding, since its establishment in 1999, the company has grown rapidly in the fierce market competition by virtue of its long-term honed strategic determination, excellent project management ability, strong financial strength and advantages in integrating human resources, and successfully won one project after another, which has been highly recognized by domestic high-quality customers.It has become a golden signboard in shipbuilding hull manufacturing, interior outfitting and wind power tower manufacturing industries. One of the company's sustainable development strategies is to be the most socially responsible and safest enterprise in the industry, which is the inevitable demand for NSS to become bigger and stronger and the direction of our safety work! At NSS, everyone is like a family.Everyone helps each other and has a common goal; Everyone has high morale and the whole team has strong cohesion and execution. In the process of working, I found that NSS Company is also crouching tiger, hidden dragon, and everyone is excellent. Some project managers and team leaders may not have high academic qualifications, but they have rich experience in project management and team management.Strong ability to solve practical problems. From the company's top management, regions, business divisions to teams and groups, most managers have grown up from the grassroots level with the rapid development of NSS, with the same culture, shared ideas and high prestige among employees. Working with this group of outstanding talents is very exciting and stressful.You must strive to be as good as everyone else. With the help of my colleagues, I quickly became familiar with the company's organizational structure, functional division, system flow, etc. On the basis of familiarizing myself with safety system knowledge and enriching grass-roots management experience, I actively studied the knowledge of ship repair and wind power tower manufacturing industry and related safety technical requirements.
Go About One's Work
With the help and guidance of the company's general manager, based on the company's annual goals for HSE departments, the department's annual work major plans and guarantee measures were formulated, and the safety performance KPI assessment indicators of each division were clarified. The internal requirements of NSS for all kinds of work are clear and specific, not eyebrows and beards.Every department and every person is the main body of independent accounting. Speak with data and talk about heroes with results! With a clear goal, the work will have pertinence and direction. By decomposing and implementing the safety objectives item by item, we can ensure the effective implementation of specific safety work. Under the leadership of the general manager and under the overall supervision of HSE department of the group,Conduct regular safety inspections for each division; Through the construction of enterprise internal safety management network, the safety responsibilities of project managers, team leaders and team employees are clearly defined; Equipped with full-time safety management personnel to ensure the whole process safety supervision of all projects; Through the targeted safety technical disclosure at the daily pre-shift meeting,Ensure that employees of each team are clearly aware of the risks and safety requirements in the construction area; Ensure the safety of employees' construction and escort the smooth implementation of the project by implementing safety measures and rectification of hidden dangers on the job site; At the same time, in terms of safety management, we should actively move closer to the industry benchmark, absorb excellent safety management experience and actively explore innovative safety management models.

Safety work has only a starting point and no end point. We attach importance to the implementation of specific safety work in various regions and divisions, acknowledge the objective problems, do not avoid them, and take solving problems as the guide to eliminate data fraud. We attach importance to the meaning behind Heinrich's 1:29:300 rule data, and through the analysis of violation and accident data,Actively take measures to prevent accidents from happening, so as to prevent micro-duration. We take seriously the danger signs of accidents and the lessons brought by industrial accidents, and integrate the accident experience and lessons into the enterprise management system through analysis and summary, so as to truly achieve continuous improvement.
Look up, look for the direction, and look down. NSS provides the greatest stage and growth opportunity for every striver with dreams, and it is a great honor to join NSS. But concentration, do not hesitate to force. I will devote myself to my favorite HSE cause and make unremitting efforts towards the HSE vision of the safest enterprise in the industry, starting from scratch and starting from scratch.
