Looking back at 2011, I didn't have much pressure when I got married and had children. The days of staying at home without working for a long time make me feel vaguely unable to reflect the value and significance of people in society. After entering Zhoushan Branch, I found that my work had little relevance to my previous major in university.Let me deeply realize that if people don't study hard and improve, they will be ruthlessly eliminated by the society. If you don't work hard to improve yourself, you will not keep up with the ever-changing pace of this era, and you will not keep up with the development momentum of the company. I will not allow this to happen to myself. Therefore, after work, learn professional knowledge in personnel, finance and other aspects.Strive to improve my professional ability, and through continuous study and exercise, and practice in actual combat, I have benefited a lot.


As an engineering contracting company, NSS projects generally have the characteristics of large number of grassroots employees, low education level and poor understanding of new things; At the same time, the company needs to standardize its management with the help of system, system software, performance appraisal, etc.Many tasks of publicizing, explaining and evaluating between them need to be completed by the project clerk. In addition, the entry and exit, working hours, wages and benefits of the personnel module itself make this position full of challenges and even prohibitive. Based on my recognition of the company culture and my pursuit of career, I have no focus on my investment.In addition, continuous study makes me more confident, and makes me more comfortable in grass-roots and front-line work. Performance management is at the core of human resource management, and performance appraisal is the most critical part. Since 2019, the company has fully implemented performance management at all levels, and entrusted me to manage, sort out and continuously improve the performance appraisal section. It is necessary to study the professional knowledge related to human resources more deeply and systematically to enrich and arm yourself.So I bought relevant materials and online courses one after another to learn more professional knowledge after busy work. The seriousness of performance appraisal is unfriendly to both the manager and the managed person of the company, which is prone to intangible resistance. However, the firm belief of the company's manager in implementing performance management leads and guides our team.Let the performance appraisal scheme be constantly updated and adjusted according to the actual situation. After the managers of the company have a deep understanding of performance management, they have applied it to their work, which has actually improved the management initiative and sense of responsibility at all levels of the company, strengthened the standardization of enterprises and promoted the cohesion of enterprises. Through the business promotion of the performance appraisal section,The company gave me full recognition, and promoted me to become the Deputy Minister of Personnel Department of the Group in early 2020.

Looking back on the bit by bit since joining NSS in the past ten years, I have had fierce disputes with leaders and colleagues, had a pleasant league building, and had the blood to fight together. From the beginning, I can't put myself in the shoes of the employees when communicating with them, but now I can empathize with them and do something within my power. From the aesthetics and practicability of basic forms to the authenticity and validity of performance appraisal data, he taught me carefully. There are many leaders and colleagues in the company, who have become my role models in many aspects and have a deep influence on my work progress.
