Recalling the scene of joining NSS in March 2011, up to now, I have led more than 500 employees in the third region in the company to walk bravely for three days and three nights. The harder the journey, the more refreshing, passionate, sentimental, successful and joyful I am ... After graduating from Nantong Shipping College, I was assigned to Jiangsu Runbang Heavy Industry (A-share listing).From the assembly apprentice at the grass-roots level to the workshop supervisor, I have trained a relatively solid basic worker of workshop production and operation, and this valuable experience has also become a solid foundation for my career development again. On the other hand, Runbang's mature model management also imprisoned my thoughts and passion, and inspired me to go out and see the outside world.


In the spring of 2011, two other Runbang colleagues and I became the shippers of New NSS. From the beginning, we joined as the head of production management department, combined with the previous understanding of lean production and performance appraisal, and together with the company's general manager Cheng, we promoted the implementation of performance management on the project, evaluating project management from handwritten performance and "clap your brains".To the project data management, systematic management, and process management, including employee career path planning, promotion of grass-roots managers, and echelon training of middle and high-level managers, these experiences have enabled me to be applied in the follow-up project management.

In 2013, NSS contracted the closure project of the whole 300,000-ton FPSO in Zhoushan COSCO Shipping (now Zhoushan COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry), with the steel engineering reaching 40,000 tons. At the same time, it was faced with the difficulties of high temperature in summer and tight docking time. Three colleagues from the management department were transferred to Zhoushan at the same time to take charge of module base, safety and data.I am responsible for marking, installation, welding, NDT inspection and external inspection of the module bases of the deck and the left and right chords of the ship. As a working procedure that can only be constructed after the main hull is submitted for inspection, the horizontal precision of the bases cannot be guaranteed in the floating state after launching, so the whole working procedure cycle is compressed to almost impossible tasks. I'm with the team,By means of auxiliary precision measurement of steel wire, calculation of standard working hours on a single pedestal, cutting allowance in advance, opening of groove, preparation of enough high-level welders, etc., it is impossible to become possible! I still remember the scene of a team of more than 500 people fighting in shifts; I still remember that many team leaders at the planning meeting were forced to turn around and sob by the cycle;I still remember that I am on duty 36 hours a day just to ensure one delivery nodeIt's full and proud to face victory after hard work.

In May 2015, the company made strategic and organizational adjustments, and the heads of the seven business divisions were exchanged. I was single-handedly dropped to Penglai Daikin Wind Power Base. As a veteran of the shipbuilding industry, my role was changed to a newcomer in the manufacture of wind power towers. New projects, new bases, new colleagues and new customers were caught off guard, without any ideas, and faced great challenges.One is that I don't have enough professional knowledge of wind power, and the interlacing is like a mountain; Second, Daikin Heavy Industry is strictly managed as the industry leader, and the pressure on the planning node is huge; Third, the customers themselves are in the transition period of export business, with frequent problems in process and quality. At this time, the experience of the early shipbuilding front has helped me, and the way is always more difficult! Adjust one's mentality,Face it positively and find a breakthrough. Fortunately, I am surrounded by a group of colleagues with very positive energy and strong execution, and company leaders who have always encouraged me behind the scenes, and fully supported my manager Jin Aiming and other project teams in my work. I remember very clearly that I had at least three phone calls every day (morning, afternoon and midnight) when I first arrived in Penglai.Almost every week, I fly to Penglai Business Department for guidance. There are countless WeChat messages, which always give me patient guidance and encouragement, give me good management ideas, and be a good teacher and friend! In addition, with the joint efforts of colleagues, customer support, and successful handover of project management, it has gained the initial trust of customers. This is the embodiment of team strength, not individual heroism.


Looking back on the road we have traveled, it is the customers and the market that let us learn to be strong on the thorny road of life and straighten our backbone in the face of difficulties and hardships; It is the enterprise spirit that the company faces the storm together with us, sings the song together, and unity is strength. In the past twenty-three years, NSS has been based on its own reality, not blindly and recklessly.Always aim at the market demand and customer demand, adjust the business strategy and customer strategy of the enterprise according to the situation, maintain the leading domestic market of shipbuilding hull and interior decoration, and at the same time, break out the unique market share of NSS on the wind power tower track. By 2021, the highest tower production capacity in a single month exceeds 80,000 tons, making it a far leader in the wind power tower manufacturing and contracting industry.
